John Lewis Broadband
Having successfully integrated Greenbee insurance closer to their brand (see John Lewis Insurance), John Lewis wanted to take a similar approach to its broadband offer. We worked with the internal design team’s findings to create a look and feel which conveyed the simplicity and honesty of John Lewis Broadband. Target audiences were those disillusioned with their current provider and those new to broadband, so collateral – from shelf products to in-store POS through to the website – reinforced the brand’s calm, informative approach.
