NB were engaged by Land Securities to create a positioning strategy, visual identity and suite of assets for Park House, the most significant building in Mayfair for decades. The building embraces retail, prime office space and residential accommodation, and our task was to establish a distinctive and flexible identity for all marketing activity. The graphic circles echo the building’s form, and provide a sophisticated motif, which is flexible enough for all purposes.
